Messy, Messy

Children just seem to be magnets for messes, & mine are no exception. These pics are from early October, on a day when Jake & Mal had great fun just making a mess.

We had eaten lunch on the back porch to enjoy the nice weather, & then J & I headed inside to clean up. Not long after, I realized that the swimming pool had been left out & had accumulated some water from recent rain & lawn watering. Jake & Mal made good use of that water, dumping it all over themselves & the porch, giggling all the while.



They were both completely soaked & freezing, but you could tell it was totally worth it to them!
