Mal's Musings

Mallory (after seeing that the gate leading from the playroom to the den had been closed back): "Happened this?"

Nana (seeing that Mal couldn't quite get into her desired position on the couch): "Are you having trouble?"
Mal: "I trouble."
Truer words were never spoken!

Mommy (anytime I give Mal something she wants): "Mal, can you say thank you?"
Mal: "Ah wekkum." (You're welcome.)
She has apparently decided that "thank you" is an unnecessary step & skips right to "you're welcome."
